Miután eldöntötte, hogy mit szeretne vásárolni és a pénz is rendelkezésére áll érdemes először az interneten utána nézni az áraknak, és hogy hol lehet a közelben jó ár-érték arányban vásárolni. Amennyiben biztos a dolgában és egy bizonyos üzlet mellett döntött, nézze meg a nyitvatartását az interneten, esetlegesen érdeklődjön telefonon, hogy adott termék van-e raktáron.

El kell döntenie, hogy újat vesz vagy használtat. Itt nálunk az AlfaTVSzervizben tud használt és felújított gépeket vásárolni. Kérjük, egyeztessen kollégánkkal, hogy mire van szüksége. Amennyiben új készülék vásárlása mellett döntött, akkor is tudunk tanácsot adni, hogy a későbbiekben minimális problémája legyen.

Személyesen vásárol vagy virtuálisan?

Vásárlása helyszíne lehet márkaképviselet, elektronikai szaküzlet, nagyáruház, vagy kis bolt. Amennyiben webáruházban vásárol, nézze meg, hogy van-e garancia és háttérszerviz. Fontos, hogy a webshop melyik futárszolgálattal áll szerződésben, meg tudják-e mondani, hogy pontosan mikor hozzák ki a csomagot. Amennyiben nem tud otthon tartózkodni és nem szeretné a munkahelyére kérni a szállítást, válasszon személyes átvételi pontot (pl.: E-logisztika 1067 Bp., Podmaniczky u. 43. http://elogisztika.hu/kapcsolat).

Milyen szempontok figyelembevételével döntsünk egy-egy termék mellett?

Gépünk valóban ellátja-e azt a célt, amire vásároljuk? A konyhai robotgépek pl. több funkciósak, ezért vásárlásnál fontos tudnunk, hogy mire szeretnénk főként használni, kevernénk vagy szeletelnénk, könnyű habokat vernénk, vagy inkább dagasztásra vele?
Milyen gyakran használnánk? Napi rendszerességgel vagy csak alkalmilag? Ha naponta, elfér-e a konyhapulton, vagy felakasztható-e, hogy mindig kéznél legyen? Számunkra megfelelő méretű a gyűjtőtartálya?
Könnyen szétszedhető (pl. bajonett záras megoldással), így gyorsan tisztítható, elmosható?
Milyen mennyiségeket szoktunk készíteni? Amennyiben nagy a család, vagy sokszor fogadunk vendégeket lehet, hogy érdemes ipari kivitelben gondolkodnunk, mert rengeteg időt megspórolhatunk egy nagyobb géppel.
Ár-érték arányban megfelel-e?
Van-e a termékre garancia? Mennyi időt vállal a gyártó?
Van-e megbízható, magyarországi szervizháttér?
Beleillik az életünkbe, életmódunkba, környezetünkbe? Nem túl nagy? Nem-e túl zajos? Illik-e a színe a berendezéshez?
Van-e beépíthető változat, vagy megoldható-e? Át kell rendezni hozzá a konyhát?
Igényel-e valamilyen egyéb technikai felkészültséget? Kell-e pl. vízkiállás hozzá, csatornabekötés vagy aquastop (mosogatógépek), esetleg ipari áram?
Kell-e szakember a beüzemeléséhez? (Ebben az esetben is számíthat ránk!)
